Nithiya Ananthakrishnan
President
Nithiya Ananthakrishnan serves as founding trust member and President of SMILE welfare foundation. He acts as the coordinator between the administration team and the field level service volunteers to ensure SMILE vision is accomplished. He is also actively participating in the project Shiksha and is the author of the book “Naan” which is used in all SMILE personality development camps. On the professional front, Nithiya is the founder and CEO of Algorics, a clinical data intelligence company. (www.algorics.com) He is responsible for company and product direction, investor relationships and managing the global operations.

Founder & CSR Relations
Rajesh serves as CSR Relations of SMILE welfare foundation. He has coordinated for various projects in SMILE and was a key initiator of the SABARMATI project with Guna. He is a great believer in team work and deeply values every individual's ability to contribute to humanity.
Gunasekaran
Secretary
A teacher by passion , and a social worker by heart, he resigned his 6 digit job to follow his heart. Currently he works for Shankar IAS Academy, Chennai as a CSAT faculty and he is the founder of Sabarmathi of South Agro Pvt. Ltd. Gunasekaran also is an active member of Smile , serving as it's treasurer and project head of Smile Sabaramathi.

"Dhiwagar serves as Treasurer of Smile Welfare Foundation. He acts as to making all online payment, book keeping and budget tracking. He is also actively participating in the project Punnagai Paalam". Dhiwagar Working as Finance Manager in Osmnez Technologies Pvt. Ltd (Zarget)

Finance Reconciliation
Latha serves as a trustee in SMILE Welfare foundation. She takes care of all the financial activities of SMILE like monthly income and expenditure, receipts to the donors and other year end activities. On the professional front, Latha is working as project manager in Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
Gokul Ram
Tax & Compliance
Gokul Ram serves as founding trust member of SMILE welfare foundation.He is a part of the team to take care of IT computation,legal and finance activities for SMILE. Gokul is an engineering proffessional and works as a Manager in a leading automobile OEM. He has around 14 years of experience in engineering services and product development .

Srini has been associated with SMILE since its inception. He has been primarily responsible for spreading SMILE's message across his organization and enrolling many volunteers and donors into SMILE. He is an ardent book lover and loves to discuss anything related to good books. He believes in the supreme power of humanity and power of education in improving human intellect.
Ramya Arivazhagan
Social Media & Public Relations
Ramya Arivazhagan enjoys working with children and believes in preparing the children for Life through little things in life. Her magical journey as a storyteller/educator sprouted while exploring stories along with her children. She strongly believes stories, music, movements, crafts, and games delights the children without the stress of learning. Ramya is an Engineer by qualification and worked in the software industry for 13 years. She has turned herself from IT to education after her children were born. She is one of the founders of 'kadhai kadhaiyaaam' storytelling group which works with bringing stories and crafts to every child's life. She has great passion and interest in studying and alternate pedagogies - Montessori, Integral education and Waldorf education in her sessions.

A zealous writer, and integral part of the birth of Sabarmathi of South. She is involved in admin activities in SMILE and also in Sabarmathi of South Agro Pvt. Ltd. She has done few of Smile's articles and is currently taking care of the Social media activities of SOS APL.

Mostly I am focusing on the Sadhana project during all these years. Some of the Key Primary tasks as below.
1) Identify the students for the new batch
2) Allocating the mentors for all the students
3) Identifying the Sponsors for the students.
4) Conducting the placement sessions to the students of all the current batches.
5) Budget allocation and notification for the individual batches
6) Updating the status of the students to the sponsors On my professional note, Working as a Manager in Deloitte, Chennai.
Prabhu Durairaj

A day time senior consultant with CTS and a full time volunteer veteran here at SMILE . He has been all along in our SMILE'ing Mission. He plays the role of admin coordinator serving as focal point for all the projects. Prabu is the bridge that connects projects heads , students and mentors!!.
Rajesh Dharuman

Rajesh Dharuman is volunteering with SMILE welfare foundation from 2005. He has actively participated in projects Punnagai Paalam, Saadhana and Rural Reach and likes to involve more in field level service. His activities include taking tuition classes in Smile supporting Orphanages and mentoring the students. He is working as senior software engineer in Sopra Steria.

Tamilvanan Anbalagan is a social worker, and is started to volunteering with Bharathi Youth Association in his college days and volunteering with SMILE Welfare Foundation from 2007. He is one of the Trustee volunteer in SMILE, actively taking Physics classes in smile supporting Orphanage homes and project head of Punnagai Palam project and involve more field works in Atchaya, and Shiksha projects. He is working as IT Analyst in Tata Consultancy Services.
